Sales and Refunds Policy — Purchase Terms & Conditions

This Sales and Refunds Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through Atomic Sciences Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") via our website located at atomic-sciences.com or other authorized platforms.
By placing an order, purchasing a product, or using any related services offered by Atomic Sciences Inc., you agree to the terms outlined in this Sales and Refunds Policy.  
If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.

General Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, customs duties, or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout or upon delivery.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice. Product availability may vary by region.
Your purchase constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Atomic Sciences Inc., governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
International orders may take longer depending on customs and local postal conditions.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or third-party carriers.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure or return, at your expense.
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, internet outages, shipping interruptions, or governmental restrictions.

Shipping Compliance — FTC 30‑Day Rule

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we only offer products when we have a reasonable basis to believe we can ship (i) within the specific time stated in the offer or (ii) if no time is stated, within 30 days of
order confirmation. If unforeseen delays arise, we will seek your consent to a revised date or offer a prompt refund. If we do not receive your consent, we will issue an automatic refund within one billing cycle.

Limited Warranty and “AS IS” Disclaimer

Except for the limited right to return unused products under §3 "Shipping Compliance — FTC 30‑Day Rule" and any statutory rights that cannot be disclaimed, all products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any express or implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states (e.g., New Jersey) do not allow limitations on implied warranties; where prohibited, this paragraph does not apply.

California Disclosure

For California consumers, our complete Return & Restocking Policy (including any restocking fee up to 20 %) is conspicuously posted on the checkout page before you complete a purchase, in compliance with Cal. Civ. Code §1723.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:
• You contact us within 14 days of receiving your item
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase and photos if requested
• You cover the cost of return shipping
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Attempting to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue in good faith may be considered a violation of our Terms and may result in denial of future purchases or termination of access to Services.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned products must:
• Be in brand-new condition with no signs of wear or use
• Include all original packaging, inserts, accessories, and tags
• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Consumer Reviews — No Restriction

We will not restrict or penalise you for posting honest reviews, opinions, or ratings about our products or services, in compliance with the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b).

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-authorized by our support team before being shipped.
Returns sent without authorization may be rejected or incur a restocking fee of up to 20%, at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to replace an item, you must return the original item (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order separately.
This allows us to ensure accurate inventory and delivery timelines.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged on arrival:
• Opened or used wellness devices
• Herbal products and teas (PhytoBalance), once opened or tampered with
• Subscription-based content or digital services after access is granted
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers
If such items are returned without authorization, no refund will be issued.
Gift Card Law Notice. Gift cards sold by Atomic Sciences Inc. do not expire, carry no service fees, and are redeemable for cash in states where required by law (e.g., California ≤ $10 balance).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
• We will either replace the item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, depending on the situation
Claims submitted after 72 hours may be denied.

Intellectual Property Notice

All products, packaging, documentation (including user manuals, usage guides, and website content), and any associated designs or materials are the intellectual property of Atomic Sciences Inc.
This includes any future mobile applications, software, or digital content provided with or related to our products.
By purchasing our products, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use them for personal or approved business use only.
No right, title, or interest in any intellectual property is transferred to you through the purchase.
Any reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, distribution, or unauthorized use of our products or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Atomic Sciences Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted.

This Sales and Refunds Policy is part of our broader Terms of Use and is hereby incorporated by reference.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this policy and the Terms of Use, the provisions of the Terms of Use shall govern.
