Orders, Payments, and International Shipping

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;• All protective seals, labels, and packaging must remain intact;• Any return shipping costs and applicable international customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer.To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we may issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Location & Governing Law. The seat of arbitration shall be Sheridan County, Wyoming, and Wyoming law shall apply, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this clause.
